South Carolina Terms and Conditions
Advertisers will be short-rated if, within the publication year, they do not run the number of times needed to qualify for the rate on which their billings were based.
- Frequency is determined by the number of insertions used by an advertiser within a 12-month period.
- Multiple units of space in one issue are charged at individual unit rates and are counted as individual units toward frequency discount.
- Each spread counts as two insertions for frequency, i.e., two spreads earn the max frequency rate.
