How do I find Advertising Prices?
Each publication has it’s own pricing structure. Select the magazine or state you would like to advertise in and click on its Advertising Rates. Fill out a few simple questions and we will provide you with our rate card.
Do you offer any advertising agency discount?
Advertising Agencies of record receive 15% discount.
Do you offer special positions within each publication?
Positions not speciﬁed will be reserved in 4x cycles at an ad-ditional fee of 15%. Positions may be purchased independent of cycle as available and mechanically feasible.
Do you offer short rates?
Advertisers will be short-rated if, based on their contract, they do not run the number of times needed to qualify for the rate on which their contract was based.
Are there any frequency discounts?
- Frequency is determined by the number of insertions used by an advertiser within a 12-month period.
- Multiple units of space in one issue are charged at individual unit rates and are counted as individual units toward fre-quency discount.
- Each spread counts as two insertions for frequency, i.e., two spreads earn the 4x rate.
How do I send you my advertisement?
Ad artwork ﬁles under 2MB may be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Ad ﬁles over 2MB may be sent via the FREE FTP service available at www.YouSendIt.com.

Bleed: No additional charge on full page ads. Placement based on mechanical feasibility.
Publication trim size is 8-1/4” x 10-3/4”. For bleeds, provide an additional 1/8” on all sides.
What about Issuance and Closing Dates?
Please request a Media Kit and/or verify closing dates with your advertising representative. No liability is assumed as to any instructions received after closing date.
How are Payments handled?
Ads less than $200/issue must be paid with check for full contract value in advance of placement or by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express prior to each placement. All others may be invoiced with approved credit application. All payments should be made to PrintComm. *Except for Florida Builder where all payments should be made to “Destination Communications.” Talk to your Advertising Account Executive for further details.
