About Us

From a three-employee stationery printer (then known as Flint Rotary Press) to an innovative marketing, print, publishing and integrated digital solutions company, Marketing Impact/PrintComm has evolved with technology and customer demand over the past 50 years.

In 1958, Flint Rotary Press served the local business community as a full-service printer of letterhead, envelopes and newsletters. The original 1,800-square-foot shop was located on Pengelly near Atherton and Saginaw roads on the south side of Flint, Michigan.

PrintComm entered the association publishing business in 1992, producing membership publications for Flint area chambers of commerce and the Home Builders Association of Metro Flint. That relationship led to successful relationships with several other home builders associations across the United States. Initially, we produced parade of homes magazines for local hba’s. Our first state home builder publication client was the Michigan Association of Home Builders.

PrintComm has published for 8-11 associations at any given time over the last 17 years. We have belonged to numerous local and state associations and have also been members of NCHI, now known as the NAHB’s Leading Supplier Council.

Through all of this, we have gained a vast knowledge of the building supply industry and the associated marketing and distribution channels. We understand home building and we understand marketing.

Our company’s core business is printing and direct mail. In 2011 we created our marketing services division, Marketing Impact, based on the realization that successful print projects require more than just print. Marketers utilize our expanded menu of services and knowledge of marketing to save time and to help develop effective program.

Whether you want to reach the masses through one of our print or digital home building publications, or you want to generate or nurture leads through one of our 1:1 methods, we can help.
